In Waves: The long-awaited album from Jamie xx

Jamie xx, a frequent feature on our playlist, is set to release his new album “In Waves” on September 20th! 

This album, four years in the making, boasts numerous guest collaborators, including Erykah Badu, The Avalanches, Honey Dijon, and Robyn, among others!

“I wanted to make something fun, joyful and introspective all at once,” Jamie xx said. “The best moments on a dance floor are usually that for me.” 

“In Waves” is Jamie xx second album, following his 2015 debut – In Colour. Over the years, Jamie has released several singles, collaborated with Fred Again.. , Headie One, and recently completed a ten-night residency at London club Venue MOT

For those enjoying the festival circuit, Jamie xx will also perform at Glastonbury, Pitchfork Music Festival Chicago, and HARD Summer Music Festival in the coming weeks!
