Comfort in Chaos: The debut album from John Summit
It’s finally here. Chicago-born DJ and producer John Summit has just released his debut album, ‘Comfort in Chaos’.
The 12-track album, available on Summit’s house and techno label Experts Only in collaboration with Darkroom, incorporates Chicago house influences along with garage and liquid drum ‘n’ bass styles.
The album features artists such as Sub Focus, Elderbrook, HAYLA on ‘Go Back,’ and Paige Cavell on the lead single ‘Tears,’ which comes with an old-school trance-inspired music video.
Additional collaborators include Koates, Julia Church, venbee, and Kaskade.
According to the press release, Summit aimed to reveal his personal side in this album, combining his signature dance music style with genuine heart and emotion, exploring parts of his identity not widely known to fans.
After his recently sold out Madison Square Garden and performing a solo set at Coachella, Comfort in Chaos is yet another milestone in the John Summit legacy.
