UNVRS: The Night League to launch new Ibiza venue on the site of Privilege

The team behind Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza are set to unveil a brand new “hyperclub” on the island next summer.

Named [UNVRS], pronounced “Universe”. This new venue is scheduled to open its doors in summer 2025, near the village of San Rafael on the site of former superclub Privilege.

This news follows a promotional campaign featuring a video of a ‘UFO sighting’ in Ibiza that racked up over 52 million views. Will Smith appeared in a series of clips trying to unravel the mystery behind the stunt and its link to the upcoming “hyperclub.”

“The campaign has been truly out of this world,” said Yann Pissenem, CEO and founder of The Night League. “Revealing the name with such a viral sensation is just the beginning. The massive engagement from media, celebrities, and influencers has been incredible, and unveiling the brand with an iconic actor like Will Smith was a dream come true.”

With the secret finally out, anticipation is building for the grand opening of [UNVRS] in 2025. Pissenem added, “We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our new universe as we launch the world’s first Hyperclub.”

Following in the footsteps of Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza, which attract over 1.5 million visitors each season, [UNVRS] is poised to set a new standard for nightlife and entertainment on the island. 

The venue will blend the classic elements of a nightclub with the scale and ambition of arena-style events. Rumours suggest that [UNVRS] could accommodate up to 10,000 guests, reminiscent in size and scale of the former venue that closed in 2019.
