Born and raised in Vienna, Hans Yolo discovered his passion for music back in the early ’90s. Influenced by genres like disco, ’80s sounds, and ’90s dance, he experienced the evolution and diversity of electronic music over the years – from house and techno to progressive – and his enthusiasm kept growing.

In the early 2000s, he began creating his own mixes and performing live at events – a creative passion that continues to accompany him to this day. For Hans Yolo, music is more than just sound – it’s emotion, expression, and a form of storytelling. A well-crafted mix, in his view, can tell stories and take the audience on a journey.

With his sets, he doesn’t just want to play music – he wants to act as an ambassador for electronic music. What he aims to convey is joy, energy, and excitement about the ongoing evolution of electronic sounds – combined with an openness to new tones and styles.
