App - End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 1st October 2024

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Electric Radio Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), regarding your use of the Electric mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This agreement should be reviewed and accepted in conjunction with our website terms & conditions.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any compatible device that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Apple’s or Google’s respective terms and conditions (depending on your platform).

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, or sublicense the App.
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any illegal activities or violate any laws while using the App.

3. Ownership

The App and all related materials (graphics, text, software, etc.) are the intellectual property of Electric Radio Limited (or used under permission from respective third parties) and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies from your device.

5. Updates

We may provide updates to the App, which may include bug fixes, enhancements, or new features. These updates are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by separate terms.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Electrc Radio Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
