The festival fan-vote: Glastonbury leads UK entries alongside rankings for Creamfields, Boomtown + more
DJ Mag has released its annual Top 100 Festivals list for 2025, with a record-breaking number of votes cast by readers. Now in its fifth year, the poll sees Belgium’s Tomorrowland once again take the top spot, followed by Ultra Music Festival in Miami and UNTOLD in Romania. The UK’s Glastonbury Festival returns to the top five, ranking in fifth place.
Glastonbury is the highest-ranked UK entry and one of six UK festivals featured in the list. Creamfields, Boomtown, Terminal V, Lost Village, and AVA Festival also made appearances in the 2025 rankings, reaffirming the UK’s strong position on the global festival circuit.
Scheduled to take place from 25–29 June 2025 at Worthy Farm, Somerset, Glastonbury is expected to feature major artists across music, comedy, dance and arts. Creamfields will follow later in the summer, running from 21–24 August, with a line-up focused on electronic music across large-scale stage productions.
The remaining global top five includes EDC Las Vegas in fourth place, joining the all-star presence of Ultra and UNTOLD. DJ Mag notes that the rankings are based on fan votes and highlight the expanding global influence of music festivals.
