How can I get my music on Electric?
Whether you’re a new artist or established name, we have a range of channels available to submit your release and get your sound on-air.
Submissions are reviewed across 3 channels:
Agency submissions
This route is primarily for established artists. We work with several major playlist agencies and partners to currate our A & B list, and submitting your music via this channel provides the best chance of getting your sound on-air.
If you are a promoter or agent, you can apply to join our partner network here.
Direct submissions
Again for established artists, we may from time to time permit direct submissions to our playlist team. This generally covers artists who have already featured on the station 3+ times in the last 12 months.

Direct #sponsored
For all other artists, such as emerging talent, we offer the chance to promote your track via a #sponsored release. Find out more below.

As an emerging artist in a crowded market, we understand it can be hard to break-through and get your release heard.
Our new #sponsored packages provide artists the chance to promote their new release and access our audience, with 3 options to choose from:
- Basic
- £39, one-off fee.
- Includes social post and story with your release artwork and short write-up (on the post).
- Plus
- £69, one-off fee.
- Includes social post and story, plus:
- Featured write-up in our industry content blog, explaining your journey so far as an artist, a bit about the release, previous works and upcoming gigs etc.
- Premium
- £99, one-off fee.
- Includes social post and story + featured write up on our industry content blog, plus:
- 1000+ unique plays as the #sponsored track of the week. Similar to a sponsored story on IG/FB, we’ll promote your track on-air.
- To comply with UK law regarding pay-for-play, your release will be marked as #sponsored at all key interaction points.
The application process:
- Select a package: Basic / Plus / Premium
- Submit your information using the form below.
- Our team will review your release and confirm whether it’s eligible for a #sponsored feature. Tracks will still need to meet the same production and genre standards as those featured on our B-list.
- If approved, we’ll be in touch to confirm what promotion dates are available and book in your campaign.
